On around 34,000 square meters of “Simuni Bay View”, just 23 loving units are being built with a maximum occupancy of approx. 100 people during the peak in July / August.

Our target audience is 45+. We want to take it easy, chilled. But by no means boring.

In the Larah Land 4 * Glamping Resorts, each of the parcels has a minimum size of 750 square meters, which is inhabited by the owner, his family or the guests. Further sizes at around 1,000 square meters, as well as three really large plots, planted with old olive trees with 1,928 square meters, 2,340 square meters and the cream plot at the highest point with 2,786 square meters.

Our glamping tents with interior surfaces from 45 sqm up to 100 sqm impress with their rural charm with all imaginable unobtrusive luxury for a carefree time of vacation.

Likewise our wooden bungalows with a similar concept, with a lot of space and fine technology.

Our prefabricated houses “Casa Mediterana” are brand new with around 81 square meters of living space and 40 square meters of terrace, which invite you to stay all year round. High-quality equipment with an open fireplace, ventilated stone facade in smart home technology.

The choice of a glamping tent, wooden bungalow or Casa Mediterana is a matter of taste and of course a question of budget.

WHAT WE OFFER

All mobile homes and glamping tents have large front terraces with an integrated swimming pool with 12 sqm (extra).

All plots face south-east and enjoy a wonderful view of the nearby sea and the Simuni Marina.

With our free shuttle service, we take you every hour during the season to our private beach 2 km away or to many other public beaches in the immediate vicinity. The drive to the beaches is shorter than the distances on the large campsites to the overcrowded beaches, often with arduous steep climbs in the facilities.

Our resort’s own boats are moored there. A sailing boat Bavaria 36, ​​suitable for 4 – 6 guests and a small motor boat with a length of 8 meters. Owners of glamping tents, mobile homes and stone house villas receive one week of free use of our boats every year for the first 3 years after purchasing a property. If you are not yet a skipper, don’t worry. We can also provide you with a captain for a small daily fee. The best opportunity to get a boating license. You can spend a few days with your teacher on your own veranda and receive the patent immediately and safely within 7 days after the examination.

Our only neighbor is the Konoba “Prtoric”, a special kind of grill restaurant. The owner attaches great importance to the processing of self-produced food. 100 sheep and 100 pigs are kept, vegetables are grown, and wine and olives are cultivated on the company’s own grounds. You can get freshly caught fish every day from the fishermen in the village of Simuni, 2 km away.

Not entirely true with the only neighbor. On the east side, separated by a dry stone wall, up to 600 sheep graze, which deliver the world’s best sheep cheese, the “Paski Sir”. In midsummer the animals are mostly in the barn or doze under old holm oaks in sight, as the temperatures are too high. No odor or noise pollution. We also have many small land turtles on the property that seem to be quite comfortable.

We have two resort dogs, Bruno and Mylo, Labrador males. For both of you and your dog, we are building an outdoor dog pool with supervision twice a day at the entrance to the property next to the reception and cafeteria.

Upon request, you can have pre-ordered rolls, croissants, burek and bread delivered to your doorstep every morning at 6.30 am (during the season). Also fresh milk and yogurts. You can get your daily needs at the reception.

Sports, games, entertainment, huge pools can be found in “Camp Simuni”, 4 km away, so we deliberately limit ourselves to the design of the landscape with fine refuges in untouched nature.

RENTAL INCOME

Considering that Pag lacks accommodation and every apartment available is occupied during the tourist season, you can be sure that your property will be rented.
